Animal rights activists are looking for a lady who was shown in horrible film circulating on WhatsApp putting a cigarette out in the eye of an innocently small dog.
The puppy’s mouth is taped shut, most likely to keep his pleas from being heard while the cruel woman repeatedly burns his face with a burning cigarette.
She then continues to smoke with one hand while holding the puppy by his neck with the other, snapping his paws.
When the video went viral, individuals informed the Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals in Singapore, where the video was thought to have been shot. However, the SPCA is looking into the possibility that this occurred in another nation.
The SPCA Singapore is now appealing to the public for assistance in identifying this woman, as well as urgently seeking credible information in order to pursue justice for this unfortunate dog.
“Please send the information to the proper authorities in your nation if you know the woman’s identify and location,” they posted on Facebook. “Alternatively, you can send an email to [email protected], and we will deliver the information in complete confidentiality.”
The SPCA Singapore is urging people not to share the video because “syndicates benefit from animal torture videos, including some that are manufactured for sexual perversion,” according to the organization.
