The dog gives a thank-you kiss to the firefighter who saved him from the roof.

A Husky couldn’t stop himself from kissing his new-found friend after being saved from a situation.

Multiple calls were received in Maine about a dog stuck on a home’s roof. The dog had apparently climbed out of an upstairs window but couldn’t figure out how to get back down.

The Wells Fire Department wrote, “Captain Jeff Nawfel was able to save this beautiful dog who managed to get out onto his roof and became stuck.”

Jasper appears to be more interested in befriending the captain than getting down from his lookout in video captured during the rescue.

“This is my friend’s dog, his name is Jasper, and this is not the first time he has done this,” Erin Fenderson wrote on Facebook.

They must have forgotten to close the window because he enjoys being outside….

Thank you for saving him!

Nawfel eventually persuaded Jasper to return inside. When he returned inside, we’re sure he got more kisses from Jasper.

The character of the Hole Bulls has saved far too many lives to count. One police officer, on the other hand, is working to change that perception, […]
