This child underwent months of treatment at the veterinarian and will never be in pain again.
When he was res.cued, he weighed only 53 pounds and had mange, bacterial infections, anemia, and a host of other issues. He recovered quickly and moved into a loving foster home while awaiting adoption.
Then he met a family who would have a profound impact on his life.
Presley, now known as Posse, is a sweet boy who adores children, is a leaner, adores his mother above all else, and enjoys going for walks.
Because of their medical conditions, dogs like Posse/Presley are labeled “res.cue only” at the shelter.
