Paul Skinner was cycling down the road on a perfectly ordinary day when he came across a heartbroken mama spaniel. Her eyes were covered in scars, and she appeared to have been severely tortured.
He went to find the dog, only to discover that his mother was holding the departed puppy in a waste paper bag, which was terrible. A three-year-old dog named Carly was carrying a plastic bag containing the remains of her puppies this past in Midville, Lincolnshire.
He saw the incident while riding his bike with the Musketeer, he told the British Borough Council. They searched the area for the owner, but all they found was a dog licking the fish and chip tote bag containing her dead puppy. He couldn’t believe someone with so little humanity could commit such a heinous crime.
He also alerted the police, RSCPA, and Greyhound Sanctuary, all of whom arrived to assist the bereaved mother.
